Billing and refunds

Subscription, invoice, and refund requests go to the same address: support@novatypalcv.com. Include the email address on the account and the date of the charge. What we can refund and how long you have to ask is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you think you were charged in error, please write to us before asking your bank for a chargeback — we would rather fix it directly, and it is faster for you.
